Testimonials

Australian Waste
Management is a fast growing supplier of commercial waste management
services, this includes waste and recycling collections, removal and destruction of secure documentation and the
sale of wheelie bin containers. Aaron Parson the Owner and Managing Director was a participant in GYB
Programme.
“The program
provided an opportunity to challenge and clarify my thinking, in particular what I measure as KPIs, how I manage my
organisational culture. Although I have good consulting partners in my business, participating in the programme
helped me confirm my thinking and challenge the advice I was receiving to achieve a better result for the business
overall. Our focus is to provide reliable best practice waste management and recycling products and services.
”
Carter Cottages is a unique place to stay in
the heart of Werribee and a supporter of Tourism in Melbourne’s West. Owner Mim Micallef thoughts on the program
were as follows;
“Very thorough and well explained, have already commenced implementing some of the material
covered”
Since participating
in the GYB Programme Grenenger Sheetmetal a provider of sheet metal fabrication and engineering
services, has grown its revenue by over 50% in the last 12 months.
“The program
helped me focus on my customer outcomes by aligning my resources to ensure that we are delivering high quality
products, on time and within specification. In particular I have leveraged my administrative staff to enhance our
marketing, administrative and billing processes, so I can focus on delivering quality engineering services to our
customers.” Says Stephen Grenenger owner of Grenenger Sheetmetal.
Capture Recruitment is an employment professional services
firm that caters for many of the West’s industrial leaders. Tony Ebejer Capture Recruitment’s Managing Director
reflected;
“The program has enabled me to better understand the hidden values in our ever changing business
environment, fine tuning our processes as we grow. There are those that run seminars and there is Chris that speaks
my language. We will use what we have learnt through this program in the coming years to help us maintain our
steady growth, being mindful of not taking on more than we can chew,” said
Tony.
